75 Jahre Grundgesetz

This book documents the contributions to a symposium held in Würzburg in spring 2024 to mark the 75th anniversary of the Basic Law. From historical, church-historical, linguistic, practical and not least legal perspectives, the renowned authors address the most liberal constitution that Germany has ever had. The work, which also takes a European and international perspective, is aimed at lawyers and historians, academics and practitioners. The editor Eckhard Pache holds the Chair of Constitutional Law. Public International Law, International Economic Law and Economic Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Würzburg. The editor Kyrill-A. Schwarz holds a professorship for public law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Würzburg.
