75 Jahre Grundgesetz

This volume combines two lectures given by Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, President of the Federal Constitutional Court, and Prof. Dr. Thomas de Maizière, former Federal Minister, as part of the lecture series ‘75 Jahre Grundgesetz’ at the Faculty of Law at Leipzig University. On the occasion of the anniversary of the constitution, their contributions are dedicated to the structure and content of the German constitution as well as the perpetuation of the constitutional consensus and the guarantee of the state's ability to act and function as conditions for the lasting success of the constitution.
The volume is edited and introduced by Prof. Dr. Arnd Uhle, professor at the Leipzig Faculty of Law and judge of the Saxon Constitutional Court.
