Abberufung und außerordentliche Kündigung eines Vorstandsmitglieds einer AG wegen seines Privatverhaltens

This doctoral thesis deals with the topic "Recallment and Dismissal for Good Cause of a Board Member of a Stock Corporation based on his Private Behaviour". Although private behaviour of a board member often gives rise to a conflict with the stock corporation, this doctoral thesis is the first monographic research on this topic. The findings are of importance for both board member and stock corporation. Both are interested in the question under which circumstances a board member can be recalled and dismissed based on his private behaviour.
