Abhilfemaßnahmen nach Art. 7 VO 1/2003 im Rahmen der Missbrauchsaufsicht auf dem Weg zum 'More economic approach'

In recent years, the understanding of European Competition Law has shifted from a market structural to an increasingly impact oriented and economics-based approach (the so called “more economic approach”).
While the European Commission and the respective literature have been increasingly concerned with the impact of this change on the offense side of the Article 102 TFEU. There has not been a similar dispute with regard to the implications for the remedial decision under Article 7 of the Council Regulation No 1/2003, yet.
The work at hand deals with this unresolved and so far neglected issue. To allow for the implementation of the “more economic approach” in the remedial decision, the author develops guidelines that allow for a systematic approach to the remedial decisions in a "more economic"-context.
