Description
The legal field of medical criminal law has developed rapidly over the past decades. The Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association, together with the Düsseldorf Institute for Medical Law, annually organizes the Düsseldorf Medical Criminal Law Day. This publication makes the conference contributions of the 13th Medical Criminal Law Day accessible to the professional public. The articles highlight current decisions and trends in medical criminal law, the significance of Section 261 of the Criminal Code in medical criminal law, the capacity of adolescents to give consent from a legal perspective on the one hand, and from a psychological perspective on the other, as well as the criminal liability of selling the patient base when giving up the practice according to Sections 299a, 299b of the Criminal Code.
