The legal field of medical criminal law has developed rapidly over the past decades. The Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association, together with the Düsseldorf Institute for Medical Law, annually organizes the Düsseldorf Medical Criminal Law Day. This publication makes the conference contributions of the 12th Medical Criminal Law Day accessible to the professional public.
