Aktuelle Fragen der Finanzmarkt-Compliance

Sustainability-related regulatory trends and current developments in established regulatory areas are increasingly influencing compliance requirements in the financial industry. The conference volume "Aktuelle Fragen der Finanzmarkt-Compliance" deals with issues relating to data protection law, for which the ECJ has recently set a new course, and the fight against money laundering, which is facing new challenges, not least due to Russia's war of aggression. The possible solution to the dilemma of early disclosure obligations through the Listing Act is also addressed. Furthermore, the publication is dedicated to the effects of sustainability law in the banking sector and focuses on ESG regulation in Germany and abroad.
