Aktuelle Fragestellungen der Restrukturierung und Transformation

This volume presents current developments in the area of insolvency and restructuring law and at the same time the work of the Heidelberger gemeinnützige Gesellschaft für Unternehmensrestrukturierung (HgGUR) during the year 2019. As global tensions are rising, the thematic focus lies on the effects that global trade conflicts have on the German economy. Furthermore, the implementation of the preventive restructuring framework as well as employment law issues faced in restructuring scenarios are covered by this volume. It includes various articles based on talks given at the Twelfth Heidelberg Symposium on Corporate Restructuring. Also, a comprehensive summary of the work and conclusions of the workshop „Over-indebtedness: Quo vadis?“ is presented.
