Analyse sicherheitspolitischer Bedrohungen und Risiken unter Aspekten der Zivilen Verteidigung und des Zivilschutzes

This study examines the risks and threats to security in the context of civil defence and homeland security. It deals with risks and threats posed by individuals or groups who intend to inflict severe damage on the public and/or state authorities, or those who use threats to achieve political goals and are also capable of translating them into action. Therefore, this study not only contributes to the debate surrounding the German Ministry of Defence’s 2016 White Paper on security policy but also to the further development of disaster relief and civil protection in the Federal Republic of Germany.
