Angehörigenarbeit in der medizinischen Rehabilitation von Abhängigkeitserkrankungen

In line with international studies, it has been repeatedly demonstrated that family members have experienced health problems, stress, and emotional and financial worries since the beginning of a substance use disorder in the affected person. In Germany, the need for counseling and treatment for affected family members is still not being adequately addressed. An empirical research design is being used to investigate how services should be designed from the perspective of affected family members in the field of medical rehabilitation for addiction disorders in order to be able to make recommendations for appropriate and innovative care structures for this target group.
