Anlegerhaftung im Investmentrecht

This work addresses the previously unresolved issue of personal investor liability in investment law and makes a fundamental contribution to the further development of liability doctrine. It focuses on piercing the corporate veil in cases of existentially destructive interference, examining this issue for the first time across all legal forms and investment structures. Drawing on a detailed analysis of case law and liability law fundamentals, it specifies the prerequisites and limits of personal responsibility. Previously fragmented approaches are brought together and condensed into a consistent, dogmatically sound liability concept through systematic classification in corporate and tort law.
