With the coronavirus pandemic, working away from the office has suddenly become more important. In this context, the author analyses the necessary distinction between telework, home office and mobile work. In the first chapter, the terms are defined and differentiated. The second chapter is devoted to the national and international legal situation. At the national level, current reform efforts and the question of legal entitlement are analysed. At the international level, the legal situation in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom is presented. The final chapter looks at implementation options, organisational options and the rights of those involved.
