Details
This volume documents the 12th Young Labour Law Scholars Conference, which took place from 20 to 22 July 2023 at the University of Bayreuth. The general topic of the Conference was "Labour Law as Concretised Constitutional Law?". The relationship between the constitution and labour law has been the subject of debate for decades. On the one hand, labour law cannot be strictly separated from constitutional law. On the other hand, despite the primacy of the constitution, the scope for legislative decision-making and the autonomy of private and labour law must be preserved. The contributions in this volume address this tension from various perspectives. With contributions by Lukas Diepenthal | Dr. Lorenz Lloyd Fischer | Lisa Gerlach, LL.B. | Dr. Johannes Götz | Dr. Sarah Häußinger | Julia Möller-Klapperich, LL.M. | Prof. Dr. Andreas L. Paulus | Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Monika Schlachter | AkadR a. Z. Alexander J. Schmidt | Johannes Tegel | Mag. Nicole Windisch | Mag. Anna Zaversky
