Continuing a tradition established in 2023, the second Greek-German conference organised by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Leipzig took place on 8 and 9 May 2025 at the Bibliotheca Albertina in Leipzig. The volume documents the academic exchange between the civil law departments of both universities. The contributions address current issues in company, antitrust, regulatory, labour, enforcement, arbitration, and civil procedural law, as well as the challenges posed by artificial intelligence for competition and regulation. Further focal points include enforcement proceedings, international commercial arbitration, and Greek civil procedure.
