Aristoteles betrachten und besprechen

In the continuation of the reading of Metaphysics, the “sought-after science” gradually stabilizes on the concept of substance, but this shifts from the species to the act – epistemologically, ontologically and theologically. The sciences investigate poietic (technical, artistic) activities, practical (ethical, political) activities and also contemplative activities.
These also refer to a singular being that is “only” an act: namely the actualization of wakefulness, joy, intelligence, liveliness. And it excels in a way that it thereby exists. It also keeps the world on its toes by being admired.
