Asyl und Migration in Europa - rechtliche Herausforderungen und Perspektiven

As a result of the recent massive increase in the number of refugees arriving in Europe, the European Union and its member states are facing numerous legal challenges in the areas of asylum and migration. In addition, shortcomings of the current system have since been revealed, which means that new and, more importantly, mutual perspectives must be sought in order to find an arrangement and a solution satisfactory to all sides. The ZEuS special issue aims to contribute to the further development of European refugee law.
