for the present. Primarly, the historic chapter describes which values and ideas of the period of Enlightenment in Europe and Northern America in the 18th century were developed and fixed in legal terms. The following legal chapter presents that and how these values are transformed by legal documents – on the international, European and national Levels – into legal orders and prohibitions today. The philosophical chapter proves that These values are also today founded in a philosophical manner in the sphere of ideas. Finally, the critical chapter discusses actual ‘anti-enlightenment’ powers and behaviours, for example medieval tendencies in basic physics as well as the ‘religious revival’ and treatment of the actual problems with Islam and Islamism.
