Aufsichtssysteme am Beispiel von Landesförderinstituten

The dissertation shows innovative and interdisciplinary levers for more effective supervisory systems. Banking and state supervision are reorganized in a compliance-based and subject-oriented way. One focus of the analysis is the critique of the currently overstretched system of supervision. A sustainability navigation is modeled for public enterprises. The conflicts between different supervisory systems in favor of a crisis-proof and budget-friendly solution are illustrated in the case of development banks. The work is aimed equally at banking and state supervisory practice as well as ministries and public authorities.
The author has many years of experience as a banker, head of legal affairs, CCO and specialised lawyer for banking and capital market law, and holds a degree in economics.
