Аукториальность в современных русских романах - Die Auktorialität in russischen Gegenwartsromanen

This current study undertakes a critical examination of an innovative authorial strategy and effects it engenders within contemporary Russian fiction. The scholarly interest in the four novels of two contemporary Russian authors – Mikhail Shishkin and Eugene Vodolazkin – who have repeatedly won the most prestigious literary awards, is the unity of presence of a common theistic thesis and the reflection on time, Russian history, and the fate of Russian people.
The innovative authorial strategy represents an alternative to modernist and postmodernist models of authorial strategies and can be correlated with some post-postmodernist concepts.
