Aus Theorie und Praxis der Unternehmenstransformation

The present volume documents the first two events of the Heidelberg series of lectures on business transformation. The first event dealt with „impulses from Brussels“, with lectures from a comparative and legal policy perspective by Reinhard Bork and Stephan Madaus as well as a discussion report by Kira Bönold and Annika Bruckert, followed by the „human side of corporate transformation“, i.e. a look at labour law and labour policy, with lectures by Markus Stoffels, Wolfgang Däubler and Burkard Göpfert and a discussion report by Alice Ballach and Jonas Kern.
