This thesis is a comprehensive examination of the control of the general terms and conditions of an executive director's contract. It analyses the specific characteristics of this contract, the stakeholders involved and other specifics and, on this basis, examines the question of the applicability of the control of the general terms and conditions to the contract of an executive director. The result of the analysis – namely the consistent exclusion from the control of the general terms and conditions – is illustrated using clauses of practical relevance.
