In what ways can equipment policy contribute to the job satisfaction of educational staff in daycare centres? The author examines this relationship by conducting a quantitative survey of educational staff and analysing their satisfaction with daycare centre managers' relevant and personal management actions, while taking into account organisational framework conditions. Based on the empirical results, the author has developed practical recommendations for managers to help improve working conditions and increase staff retention.
