Bauturbo für den Wohnungsbau und weitere Neuregelungen

The Act to Accelerate Housing Construction and Secure Housing is intended to make it easier for local authorities to create urgently needed housing. Among the provisions is § 246e of the BauGB, known as the ‘Bauturbo’, which is the subject of high expectations. In addition, there is the municipal approval procedure in § 36a of the BauGB, new regulations on exemptions and in inner-city areas under §§ 31 and 34 of the BauGB, as well as new noise protection regulations and the extension of previously time-limited instruments. The conference proceedings document the two-day symposium. They provide an overview of various perspectives, impact assessments and anticipated implementation issues relating to these legislative changes.
