In this book, Martin Holler analyses the influence of impact expectations on business models with the help of an output–outcome–impact approach using the example of vocational training centres. In doing so, he succeeds in taking an allround view that is relevant to both research and practice. Taking into account the special framework conditions of social work, he examines how social institutions should work. Using this as a basis, he develops ideas for further development and a modern understanding of management for vocational training centres. At the same time, he succeeds in expanding the basic understanding of business model and impact research, thus addressing both managers of vocational rehabilitation plus students of social work and socioeconomics.
