The subsequent part elaborates on the relevant concepts that have been developed by the Commission and EU Courts in their decision-making practice on the interpretation of Art.102 TFEU, so as to assess their suitability for the prohibition of abuse by platform operators in the light of the intricacies of multi-sided markets. The existence and delimitation of a data market has also been innovatively discussed.
