»Elena Zarges gelingt in dem Buch ein Blick auf den bisher eher wenig betrachteten ländlichen kommunalen Sozialraum als mögliche Aufgabe für CHN. Sehr klar und gut strukturiert werden Begriffe wie Sozialraum, Gesundheit und Sorge sowie CHN erläutert und eingeordnet. Das durchgeführte Praxisprojekt wird wissenschaftlich fundiert dargestellt und abschließend kritisch diskutiert. Insgesamt ist der Autorin die Darstellung von CHN im ländlichen kommunalen Sozialraum sehr gut gelungen.«
