Corruption offences and the implementation of compliance systems were the focus of the 19th and 20th talks. While the 19th talks dealt with basic questions of this new development, the 20th questions were already concerned with giving practical advice. With regard to compliance, this volume contains important contributions on dealing with the General Data Protection Regulation.
For innovations in the pharmaceutical market, questions on the new regulation on clinical testing are dealt with as well as problems of second indication with regard to patented pharmaceuticals. Recent developments in pharmaceutical price law are addressed with respect to the AMNOG law as well as with respect to discount and active agent agreements.
A particular point of focus of the 19th talks was natural medicine, whereas the 20th talks particularly dealt with the subject of e-health and personalised medicine.
