Description
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the number of corporate insolvencies decreased by around 8 percent in the first half of 2020. However, when corona aids expire, insolvencies are expected to increase. Theoretical findings, practical experience and scientific aspects regarding corporate restructuring, reorganization and insolvency were discussed at the Insolvency and Labor Law Symposium and recorded in this volume. They make it easier in particular for attorneys, consultants, academics, judges, representatives of companies and associations to deal with a complex legal matter.
