Covid e impatto della pandemia sul diritto

This volume documents the papers presented at the first joint conference of the Universities of Innsbruck, Padua and Trento on the impact of the Covid pandemic on the law. The contributions shed light on the challenges faced by the law worldwide in a wide variety of areas. Central topics include emergency measures, the restriction of fundamental rights, the precautionary principle, contingency plans, questions of competence, state aid law, digital justice, the renegotiation of contracts and the dematerialisation of the workplace with all its consequences in the context of the pandemic and beyond. The analysis illustrates how Covid-19 has had a lasting impact on the law as a whole and how future adjustments will be necessary to be better prepared for similar crises.
