Cyber-Risikomanagement in der GmbH

In an increasingly digital world, cyber risks are among the greatest threats to entrepreneurial activity, the identification and management of which is one of the core organizational tasks of the managing director. The complex process of risk management is explained using the example of cyber risks, whereby the practical need for a legally compliant guideline is met by defining minimum requirements for technical and organizational precautionary measures. The work argues for a limitation of directors' and officers' liability and justifies this with the organization-specific characteristics of the GmbH and a legal analogy to the limitations of liability under employment law.
