Das Ausbleiben arbeitsrechtlicher Weisungen im Arbeitsverhältnis

The absence of employment-related instructions in the employment relationship has long been recognised in practice as an actual phenomenon and occurs frequently in almost every employment relationship today. However, it has not been thoroughly investigated so far. The present book changes this and investigates what the absence of employment-related instructions in the employment relationship is and what reasons – more recently, for example, the practice of agile project organisation in companies – are responsible for it. The question whether and which legal consequences are triggered by the absence of employment-related instructions in the employment relationship is examined. In particular, the concretisation of the obligation to work is examined in detail and brought to a new dogmatic derivation.
