Das Dauerdelikt im IStGH-Statut

This work is the first monographic examination of the so-called continuing crime in international criminal law. The continuing crime has emerged in jurisprudence and doctrine as a type of offence that is characterised by a temporally extended commission. In this context, various questions arise that concern both the "general" and the "special part" of the ICC Statute, which have only been partially raised and answered in the discussion to date. The doctoral thesis systematises the current state of research, looks at the type of offence from a comparative law perspective and finally tests it in the ICC Statute.
