Das internationale Investitionsrecht aus rechtspluralistischer Perspektive

International investment law is characterised by a high degree of normative fragmentation, a heterogeneous landscape of actors, and conflicting legitimacy claims. This book systematically examines this structure from an (internal) legal pluralist perspective and develops a conceptually coherent understanding of its normative order. Furthermore, a variety of legal pluralistic phenomena and interlegal norms are identified at the sub-internal level of international investment law. Finally, the book demonstrates the emergence of a ‘lex investitia’ from an external perspective, based on the terms of global legal pluralism.
