Description
In order to obtain a brief overview of the legal challenges of autonomous and connected driving, important problems, discussions and proposed solutions in the most relevant legal areas are highlighted. With a focus on novel interactions between road traffic law, data protection law, IT security law, liability law, criminal law and competition law, interested parties from research, administration, society and industry will get an introduction to the legal material as well as a classification of the origin of the legal requirements. The work was developed in the Smart Mobility Legal Research project, which is funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts.
