Description
Due to climate change and environmental protection a legislative reform of German traffic laws is long overdue. The foundation of this reform proposal is a concept, which was conceived by the Verkehrsclub Deutschland e.V. with the participation of numerous experts. On this foundation a targeted strategy on the planning, financing and order of sustainable mobility is developed. Besides resulting changes in road and traffic laws, the volume focusses on the legal implementation of a synchronized, coordinated and nationwide train timetable (“Deutschlandtakt”).
