Das Recht vorandenken?

By „thinking ahead“ on legal issues, legal scholarship can contribute to the progress of civilisation with and through law. This anthology reflects on this thesis, which has a kind of confessional character for Prof. Dr. h.c. Heike Jung, and sheds light on specific areas in which legal scholarship can play an important role in the further development of law: This tour d’horizon ranges from international criminal law to jurisprudence as an actor in the development of law in the area of digitalisation to the role of criminal jurisprudence in limiting and resolving the climate change.
