Das Registerrecht aus vergleichender Perspektive

Trends toward bundling the provision, access and processing of data are evident everywhere. On the other hand, citizens have the right to protect their personal information from general disclosure. If registry law is about the necessary information for the state in its various departments, authorities, etc., the criteria that define this necessity must be developed centrally. This conference publication offers the representation of four different registers in order to understand different areas of regulation, in which is collected information in a certain field as an act of governmental responsibility.
