Which lawyer is not familiar with the difficult and responsible task of interpreting a will? Difficult, because you can no longer question the testator; responsible, because it is the last word of a person. Unlike most other legal transactions, a will is not interpreted from the perspective of the recipient, but solely from the formal will of the testator.
