This volume documents the presentations and discussions of the colloquium on „Corruption of foreign public officials – reasons for punishment, enforcement, prevention“. The colloquium brought together legal scholars, members of the judiciary, economists and compliance officers to discuss the current challenges of prosecuting international corruption in an interdisciplinary forum.
This book contains several articles not only the recent legal changes in German anti-corruption law but also findings in criminological research, challenges of transnational investigations and compliance strategies.
