Datenökonomische Fairness in der europäischen Rechtsordnung

In times of constantly growing digital innovations and data flows, the question of the necessity of legal regulation inevitably arises. On the basis of the GDPR, European antitrust law and the DMA, it is examined whether and to what extent the concept of fairness can be utilised for regulation in the data economy in line with the interests of the parties involved. The aim of the dissertation is to outline the European concept of fairness and to conceptualise it within the scope of the GDPR, European antitrust law and the DMA.
