Datenrecht im Ausnahmefall

Our civil society and our legal system are not prepared for escalating foreign and domestic crises. This applies, for example, when it comes to the exchange of data for emergency purposes. This volume takes Art. 14 et seq. Data Act as an opportunity to take a closer look at the legal and factual framework of data availability in exceptional circumstances. It deals with the informational social obligation of data, the learning capacity of European data law and the general shortcommings of data sharing obligations. These conference proceedings have a comprehensive perspective and consider not only the elements, consequences and questions of legal protection of data sharing, but also the changes in the defence policy situation in Germany and the world.
