Description
Generative Artificial Intelligence enables the creation of content that seems increasingly authentic. The technology offers numerous positive applications, but can also pose immense dangers for personality rights of individuals and the society as a whole in the form of deceptive and diffamatory deep fakes. In addition, AI relies on a large amount of training data, which is often subject to intellectual property rights such as copyright. Using the example of deep fakes, this work intends to provide solutions to the problems identified in the fields of personality right, copyright and technology regulation.
