Der Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) im Bewerbungsverfahren

This dissertation provides legal professionals with a thorough analysis of responsibility in the use of AI in recruitment processes. The work shows how the GDPR and AI Regulation shape legal responsibility and what dogmatic questions arise from this. The study uses systematic legal analysis and compares different models of responsibility in practice in order to make the complex structures of responsibility transparent. The target audience is primarily academics and practitioners in labor and data protection law, as well as companies dealing with AI applications. The author conducts research in the field of labor law and data protection law with a focus on new technologies.
