Der grundrechtliche Schutzbereich der Meinungsfreiheit in Deutschland, England und den USA

The study examines the scope of the constitutional guarantees of freedom of speech in Germany, England and the United States of America and compares them. Furthermore, it analyses dogmatic questions associated with the interpretation of fundamental rights guarantees and scrutinises to what extent the conclusions from the legal comparison could be used in answering such questions. Particular consideration is given to the historic development of the constitutional guarantees of freedom of speech and their integration in international and supranational human rights protection Systems.
