Description
In their micrological praxeology, the main currents of reconstructive social research are oriented towards the constitution of social reality in people's everyday lives. The abductive yield should lead to theory formation. Critical social theory in its abstraction and complexity is not meant here. The empiricism of reconstructive social research is neither interested in grand social theory nor in the normative measurement of social reality. The interpretative paradigm tips over into positivism. This self-restriction is problematized epistemologically. A theory of the subject in everyday life is not possible without a theory of the fabric of the economy, politics, law, culture, social structure and the person.
