After 30 years, a monograph is now being devoted exclusively to the stock exchange's sanctions committee for the first time. The subject matter is the sanctions committee and its procedure. After introductory presentation of the fundamentals, the nature of the committee, its position in the stock exchange's organizational structure, and the legal classification of the sanctions are examined. The monograph then discusses the sanctions procedure, identifying the parties subject to sanctions and the respective requirements. It then examines the ruling practice of the Eurex Sanctions Committee and existing legal protection options for third parties. Finally, possible reform options are discussed.
