This paper offers practical solutions and underscores the urgent need for a thorough revision of the Working Hours Act. Issues particularly concerning maximum working hours and health protection are highlighted. Additionally, it is essential to clarify compensation rules, especially for overtime hours, for knowledge workers. With the aid of labor constitution design possibilities, such as drafts for company agreements, potential solutions to address the identified issues and challenges are outlined.
