Die Automatisierung der Justiz

Artificial intelligence (A.I.) and the law have recently become two aspects that can no longer be considered separately. Against the background of a potential use and possibly even the replacement of judges by A.I., a legal classification must be made. The question of constitutional admissibility, possible effects on human dignity and the understanding of a functioning justice system that serves human beings are examined in the monograph, as is the classification of the judge from a sociological point of view. In addition to the legal classification, the influence of the human being for a "good" administration of justice is therefore also illuminated.
