Die Bedeutung der Selbstreflexion im Studium der Sozialen Arbeit

How can students be supported on their way to a professional attitude? The present work is dedicated to the importance of biographical self-reflection in the study of social work with regard to the development of a professional attitude of future professionals. It first discusses the importance of self-reflection as well as the expectations and goals of students in order to evaluate successful reflection work using the example of the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. Subsequently, the genogram work is introduced and its potential for students is discussed. Finally, the study encourages research and evaluation with regard to the benefits of genogram work in studies and for the profession.
