Die Diskussion über die „Verkehrsauffassung“ im ungarischen Sachenrecht seit der Spätpandektistik

The book examines the significance of the so called Verkehrsauffassung with regard to central questions of Hungarian property law. The author analyses the relevant legal literature, including academic discussion and supreme court decisions from the period of late pandectics to the current legal situation, in order to contribute to the questions of origin, function and suitability of the term, which is subject to interpretation. By evaluating previously un-known and unused material in Germany, this work is the first to deal with the topic in its entirety, both historically and dogmatically, and to present the connections scientifically.
